FOUR-DAY TOUR AROUND ISSYK-KUL
A four-day tour around Issyk-Kul is an unforgettable adventure that will immerse you in the magical world of Kyrgyzstan's nature. Starting from Bishkek, you will embark on a fascinating journey that covers many exciting places.
Your route is laid through the "Boom" gorge around the most beautiful lake in Kyrgyzstan - "Issyk-Kul". You can swim and sunbathe on the "Rocky Shore", one of the most beautiful beaches on the southern coast of the lake, enjoying the majestic views of Issyk-Kul. Then you will go to the "Skazka" gorge and further to the "Barskaun" gorge, where magnificent nature and unique landscapes await you.
After that, you will visit the city of Karakol and have dinner in an ethno cafe. You will spend the night in a cozy guest house, where in the morning you will be fed breakfast and sent on your journey.
On the second day, your path is laid through the Jeti Oguz gorge to the Kok-Zhaiyk valley, where you can hike up one of the most beautiful waterfalls, the Maiden Braids. You will also visit the Jeti Oguz cave, walk along the gorge, climb to the panorama and see the famous rocks, the 7 Bulls and the Broken Heart.
In the evening you will visit the hot springs, swim and relax in the stone pools after an active day.
On the third day, you will take an off-road trip into the depths of the Tien Shan Mountains to the Altyn-Arashan Valley, where you can walk and swim in hot springs.
The fourth day of your adventure will begin with kayaking, exploring the waters of Issyk-Kul from a new perspective.
Then your journey will continue through the Grigoryevskoye and Semenovskoye gorges, where you will find breathtaking natural beauty, lunch in a national yurt by the river and stunning views. Finishing your journey, you will visit the Kok-Moinok canyon and return to Bishkek.

Route:
Bishkek city, "Boom" gorge, "Orto-Tokoy" reservoir, Issyk-Kul , Rocky coast , "Skazka" gorge , "Barskaun" gorge , "Jeti Oguz" gorge , Karakol city , "Altyn Arashan" gorge, hot springs , Grigorievskoe gorge , Semenovskoye gorge, Cholpon-Ata city , "Kok-Moinok" canyon , - Bishkek city.
Overnight stay in a guest house.
Day one:
07:00 Departure from Bishkek. We drive approximately 150 km.
09:30- 10:30 Stop in the "Boom" gorge at a cafe. Hearty breakfast.
10:30 to 14:30 Transfer to the Skazka gorge, two stops on the way: Orto Tokoy reservoir and Rocky Coast of the southern coast
Lake Issyk-Kul.
We travel approximately 170 km.
14:30 - 15:30 Skazka Gorge, walk around the area.
15:30 - 16:10 transfer to the gorge "Barskaun". We drive about 40 km.
16:00 - 17:30 "Barskaun" gorge, hiking to the waterfall.
17:30 - 19:00 transfer to Karakol. We drive about 100 km.
19:00 dinner at an ethno cafe.
21:00 check-in at the guest house.
We will cover 475 km in one day.
Day two:
08:00 Wake up, breakfast.
09:00 - 10:00 Transfer to the gorge "Jeti Oguz."
We will travel approximately 25 km.
10:00 - 11:00 Stop at the "Broken Heart" rock, climb to the panorama.
11:00 - 11:30 Transfer along the gorge from the "Broken Heart" rock to the "Kok Zhaiyk" valley.
11:30 -13:30 Hiking to the "Maiden Braids" waterfall.
13:30 -14:30 Hiking descent along the gorge to the "Broken Heart" rock.
14:30 -15:30 Transfer to Karakol.
15:30 - 18:30 lunch in a cafe, buying souvenirs, visiting an Orthodox church and a Dungan mosque.
18:30 - 19:00 Transfer to the village of Ak-Suu to the hot springs.
We will travel approximately 12 km.
19:00-20:30 Evening bathing in the springs.
21:00 we return to the guest house.
We will cover about 100 km during the whole day.
Day three:
08:00 Wake up, breakfast.
09:00-11:00 Transfer from Karakol to the Altyn Arashan gorge. We drive about 20 km.
11:00 -17:00 Walk along the gorge. Bathing in hot springs.
17:00 -19:00 Transfer to Karakol.
19:00 dinner at an ethno cafe.
21:00 return to the guest house.
We will cover approximately 40 km throughout the day.
Note: If the ascent to Arashan is not possible. (An avalanche, the road is washed away, etc.) Then instead of Arashan we will visit the Saruu gorge.
Day four:
08:00 Wake up, breakfast.
09:00-11:00 Transfer to Semenovskoye Gorge
11:00 -15:00 We will visit the "Semyonovskoye" gorge, lunch in a yurt, visit the "Grigoryevskoye gorge".
15:00 - 17:00 Transfer to Kok-moinok canyon.
17:00-19:00 Walk along the Canyon, dinner in a cafe in the Boom Gorge.
19:00-21:00 transfer to Bishkek.
We will travel 453 km in one day.
Or we can replace the walk through the canyon with kayaking on Lake Issyk-Kul.
Kayak rental is paid separately.
08:00 Wake up, breakfast.
09:00-09:30 Transfer from Karakol to the Karakol Pier beach.
9:30-12:30 Briefing, kayaking on the lake.
12:30 -14:00 Transfer to Semenovskoye Gorge
14:00 -17:00 We will visit the "Semyonovskoye" gorge, lunch in a yurt, visit the "Grigoryevskoye gorge".
17:00 - 22:00 Transfer to Bishkek. On the way stop in the Boom Gorge at a cafe.
We will travel 453 km in one day
Note: The entire route includes stops for taking photos and enjoying the beauty of nature. Travel times and distances are approximate and may vary depending on road conditions and weather. Individual tour participants are not required to strictly follow the specified route and have the opportunity to stay for additional time in places they particularly liked. You can also stay for several days and nights in any place. The main thing is to agree on this issue when booking.

This tour is conducted in Russian or Kyrgyz. If you require the services of a guide-interpreter, it is available for an additional fee of 9,000 KGS per day.
Additional mandatory expenses: Lunches and dinners 500-700 soms per person for one lunch or dinner, bathing in hot springs (250-300 soms per person).
The tour can start from the airports "Manas" and "Issyk-Kul"
From June 15 to August 30 the cost of the tour increases by 25%
To book a tour, you need to send a prepayment of 30% of the tour cost. If you want to cancel the tour ten days before the start, 50% of the prepayment is returned. If there are less than ten days left before the tour, the prepayment is not returned.
